Moroccan Expert Ali Mdaghri Alaoui Highlights Emerging Investment Dynamics Between Morocco and Israel

Haifa, At the 2025 edition of Haifa NextBay, held at the Haifa Convention Center, Morocco was prominently represented by Ali Mdaghri Alaoui, an international expert in economic intelligence and founder of AMEDSON Intelligencia. Participating in a high-level strategic panel, Mdaghri Alaoui outlined the contours of a promising economic future linking Haifa and Tangier, two gateways with growing influence across the Mediterranean and Atlantic regions.

A Transforming Business Environment

During his address, Mdaghri Alaoui emphasized the structural progress that has positioned Morocco as a leading economic actor, notably through:

  • Tanger Med, the Mediterranean’s largest port and a global logistics reference;
  • Highly competitive industrial zones specializing in automotive, aerospace, textiles, renewable energy, and agritech;
  • Ongoing regulatory reforms aimed at attracting foreign investment;
  • A strategic expansion toward African and Atlantic markets.

He also highlighted the growing importance of technological and industrial partnerships with Israel, particularly in innovation, clean energy, agritech, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing.

Haifa–Tangier: A Strategic Corridor for the Future

One of the central themes of the conference was the creation of a strategic economic corridor linking Haifa and Tangier. For Mdaghri Alaoui, this initiative represents far more than a logistical route.

“This corridor is not simply a commercial pathway. It is a platform for co-development—an opportunity for Moroccan and Israeli companies to jointly shape the next generation of industries,”
